So many times we have data, we´ve dashboards, technology, very powerful software with amazing visualizations, but…. where could we start… let´s get a build a story about the data insights.

It exist a very useful way to achieve this, the Golden Circle by Simon Sinek, but, how it works? here the secrets…

  • Why? this is the first question that we need to know about the business, i mean, imagine that your story starts with a…. Did you know that the star product sales downs about a 5%? The first question that our audience probably it say.. Really, Why? (You have their attention, they wanna know the root of the problem)
  • How? you got the chance to tell them how do you find this (-5%), trough an analysis that we make, detected that the stores 1 and 8 (our best stores) had a a big problem with the distribution, consequence, an inventory shortage.
  • What? (The proposal solution/s) It´s your chance! Propose solutions!, always try to open the table with a couple of possibly solutions to correct or avoid the problem.

Additionally, make a reinforcement with an a DashBoard and quicks actions in short term!
